タワーナイブズ大阪には、あらゆる研ぎの機能を備えた「工房」があります。工房は 包丁の修理やタワーナイブズブランドの包丁製作に使われるだけではなく、定期的に各地方の職人が工房に来店し、各職人の作業場としても使用されます。その際、お客様にはガラスを通して作業の様子をご覧いただけるようになっております。職人の来店予定は随時こちらでご確認ください。

Events

Tower Knives Osaka is equipped with a full-functioning sharpening workshop, “Kōbō”. The Kobo is not only utilized for knife repairs and Tower Knives-branded knives, but from time to time, visiting craftsmen use the Kobo, which is fully visible through glass to all visitors.
