タワーナイブズの利用規約（以下、「本規約」と言います）は、中川ジャパン株式会社が運営する「タワーナイブズ  メールと電話によるオーダー」（以下、「当サイト」と言います））で提供する商品やサービス（以下、「本サービス」と言います）を対象して定め、当社と個人及び法人のお客様との間で適用されます。

Article 1 - Ordering products

Completion of your order varies depending on the order method.

When ordering online or via fax:

Your order will be completed when we send you an order confirmation in response to your order form.

When ordering by phone:

In response to the order form sent by the customer, we will send an order confirmation after selecting the product on the product page and filling in the information necessary for ordering and delivering the product, such as the delivery address and payment method. Please register as a member. We will reserve the item in stock not when you add the item to your cart, but when we confirm that your order has been completed by entering your customer information, shipping address, payment method, etc. Once your order is complete, we will send you an email confirming the information you have entered and your order, so please make sure you are able to receive emails from us. For any subsequent confirmation work, we will primarily use email, but we may also contact you by phone or post. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to you as a result of not being able to receive communications from us, so please be sure to enter information that allows us to contact you (the customer).

Article 2 - Formation of contract

The contract on this site shall be concluded upon shipment of the product.

It becomes effective when the customer sends an order form. In addition, if there is any fraudulent or inappropriate act regarding the use of this service, or if there is a notice of credit default from the credit card company designated by the user, the sales contract may be canceled or terminated, transaction suspended, or other appropriate measures taken. Your order will be completed when we send you an order confirmation for your order.

Article 3 - Payment method

• Product sales prices are determined for each product, and the amount including consumption tax is displayed. If the product sales price changes, the price at the time of ordering will be applied.
• Payment for products purchased through this service shall be made by credit card in the user's name, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. Please refer to payment methods for details on available credit card companies, cash on delivery, and deferred payment.
• Payment by credit card shall be subject to the terms and conditions entered into separately by the User with the credit card company. In the event that a dispute arises between the User and the credit card company, etc., the User shall resolve the dispute at his or her own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any inconvenience to the Company.

Article 4 - Product delivery date and the claim rights of the product

• Delivery date of the product: In the case of standard delivery (if no delivery date and time is specified, the product will be delivered normally), the product will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed by the customer. Please contact us for overseas shipping. *Please note that the delivery date may change slightly due to unavoidable circumstances such as bad weather or traffic conditions, unexpected troubles, or delivery congestion.
• Right to pick up products: In order to receive the product, you or the recipient must pick up the product within 3 weeks of shipping. If you do not receive the product after 3 weeks have passed since the product was shipped, and we are unable to contact you, we will assume that you have waived your right to collect the product and we will cancel your order.

Article 5 - Returns, exchanges, and cancellations of products

If you would like to return or exchange your order, please contact us by email or phone within one week of receiving the product. Please note that we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges after the above deadline has passed, unless there is a mistake on our part. Completion varies depending on the order method.

*We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used or have your name engraved even within one week of purchase, unless it is due to a defect on our part.

• Delivery date of the product: In the case of standard delivery (if no delivery date and time is specified, the product will be delivered normally), the product will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed by the customer. Please contact us for overseas shipping. *Please note that the delivery date may change slightly due to unavoidable circumstances such as bad weather or traffic conditions, unexpected troubles, or delivery congestion.
• In the case of a return due to the customer's convenience If the return is due to the customer's convenience, please contact us by email or phone within one week after receiving the product. In the case of return, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• Regarding order cancellations, we will only accept cancellations if the product has not been shipped. Please note that cancellations made after shipping will be treated as returned goods. However, please note that items that have a customer's name engraved on them cannot be canceled even before they are shipped.
