Payment Methods
Online Orders
For DOMESTIC orders, we accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, and cash on delivery.
Credit card payments can only be made in one lump sum, bonus payments and installment payments are not supported.
For INTERNATIONAL orders, we accept Credit Card (via Square) and PayPal.
We do not take advanced or down payments for any orders.
Orders by Fax
For fax orders, we accept payment by Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfers to either Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation or Japan Post Bank. The account number for the transfer will be written on the order confirmation that will be sent to you after we receive your order. Please note we do not take credit card information through fax.
Orders by Phone
For telephone orders, we accept payment by Credit Card* , Cash on Delivery, or Bank Transfers to either Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation or Japan Post Bank. The account number for the transfer will be written on the order confirmation that will be sent to you after we receive your order. Please note we do not take credit card information over the telephone.
*If you provide us with your email address over the phone, we can email you an electronic invoice to be paid with a credit card (via Square).
