Thoughts on work

I feel that all encounters are not coincidental but are meant to happen. I was thrilled to have the opportunity to become a member of Tower Knives. The workplace is an energetic place where employees have in-depth knowledge about knives and communicate in multiple languages. Your communication skills will improve as you feel like you are abroad every day.

It is a great place for those who want to hone their interpersonal skills, as they can improve not only their language skills but also work on their own personal growth.

To anyone interested in working with us

Tower Knives is visited by a variety of customers from Japan and abroad. In order to make everyone happy, I try to serve customers by thinking "what kind of needs does this customer have?", rather than assuming and imposing my own standards. People tend to think that English and other languages are important in customer service, but I believe that language is just a tool, and the most important part is how well you can convey your message in a way that resonates with customers.

In order to convey the wonders of Japanese knives, which make the food taste much more delicious, we always strive to serve our customers with a smile, expressing our gratitude for this once-in-a-lifetime relationship. Also, I would like to work hard to be a bridge between people who want to buy knives from Tower Knives.
