I feel that my experience working in restaurants overseas and my knowledge of the tools needed to make things are now being put to good use in my customer service work. We have a wide variety of customers from both Japan and abroad, so we work closely with each customer to convey the wonders of Japanese knives, and we work hard every day to make them happy.

In addition, all of our staff work with a passion for knives, and we all work together to support each other and work together to grow and develop the company.
