In Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture, the Fujiwara family mainly makes traditional small knives and cutlery knives. The fourth generation, Mr. Akihito Fujiwara, inherits the traditional techniques from his predecessors. The Gin Mitsuchime series from "Okeya-saku" is one of his works, and is a masterpiece by a young and promising cutler and he puts effort into bladesmithing.
