Yamato Miyawaki

A third-generation knife craftsman from Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture, Yamato Miyawaki mainly produces the unique all-purpose knife called the Sanjuzu type, which was invented by the first-generation in 1946. The Sanjuzu-style knife has a straight blade, making it easy to use as well as giving it a sophisticated look. The handle is also coated with lacquer, making it antibacterial and corrosion resistant.
