Manufactured in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, this series uses rust-resistant R2 high-speed steel as the core material. Because it is made using extremely hard stainless steel called high-speed steel, it maintains its sharpness longer than other steel materials. The thick, curved handle is designed to be easy to grip even for men with large hands. The wide blade prevents your hands from touching the cutting board, and it also makes it easy to cut large ingredients. *This series is only sold in Japan.
