Miraiden AUS10 Migaki Gyuto 210mm
A versatile knife known as a chef's knife overseas. The shape is different from Santoku and Bunka, and the blade length varies from about 170mm. The main length used at home is approximately 210mm to 240mm.
Miraiden is a concept and brand created by Tower Knives over many years of planning, with the mission of passing on the traditional techniques of knife making to the future. The AUS10 polished series is manufactured by young craftsmen in Sakai City, Osaka, and uses rust-resistant AUS10 stainless steel as the core material. The shape of the handle is Japanese-style and is made of natural magnolia wood, making it lighter and easier to handle than Western-style handles.
