Miraiden is a concept and brand created by Tower Knives over many years of planning, with the mission of passing on the traditional techniques of knife making to the future. The black VG10 Damascus series is forged in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, and the blades are attached at Tower Knives. The core material of this series is VG10 (V Gold No. 10) stainless steel, which is resistant to rust, and has a Damascus pattern and black finish. The shape of the handle is Japanese style and is made of natural wood (chestnut wood) with an octagonal finish, making it easy to grip even for those with larger hands.
